We collect and store the information you provide directly to us, such as when you use the Services to compare the relevance of agents in your area of interest, request that we contact you to match you with an agent, provide feedback and rate your experiences using the Services, sign up for our mailing list, or when you call, email or otherwise communicate with us. When you submit information to AgentDesks for a realty request, you authorize us to share this information to facilitate the services you request by matching you with our network of participating real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction. A user must provide detailed information about each realty request such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, property address, and price range. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our real estate agents and brokers, or service providers via phone, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in order that we may provide the services set forth on our website or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.

Information from Integrated Services

If you decide to register through or otherwise grant access to a third-party social networking or integrated service (what we call an “Integrated Service”), such as Google, we may also collect Personal Information that is already associated with your Integrated Service account. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with us through an Integrated Service. If you choose to provide such information, during registration or otherwise, you are giving us the permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. At your election, you may share with us (a) your contacts to use with our CRM, (b) your emails so that we may import business related emails into our CRM, and/or (c) your calendar to allow our CRM to read, create, or edit appointments.
